Supporting Software and Service Attribution

The FOLIO Project is grateful for support from Atlassian. The project uses Atlassian’s Jira product to track issues and tasks as well as Atlassian’s Confluence product for publishing the work of the special interest groups.

The FOLIO Project is grateful for support from BrowserStack. BrowserStack enables the FOLIO Project front end developers to automate the tests of changes to user interface code across a variety of browsers. The project also uses BrowserStack to ensure the proper flow of user interface elements around translated strings of various lengths.

The FOLIO project is grateful for support from Lokalise. Translators use Lokalise to manage the i18n workflow of creating localized strings for the FOLIO user interface and integrating that work into the FOLIO Project apps.

The FOLIO project is grateful for support from Amazon Web Services under the AWS Promotional Credits for Open Source Projects program. The FOLIO project uses AWS for its continuous integration pipeline and its hosted reference environments. The continuous integration pipeline enables developers to test their work before adding their changes to the project’s code repositories, and the hosted reference environments allow the subject matter experts to provide feedback for features as they develop.

The FOLIO project is grateful for support from Docker under the Docker Open Source Community program. Docker images are the primary distribution model for FOLIO modules. To run the images you will need the Docker Engine or Docker Desktop runtime.

The FOLIO project is grateful for the support from Algolia under the Algolia for Open Source program. Algolia powers the FOLIO Documentation search feature with a results display that makes use of the documentation structure.

The FOLIO project is grateful for the support from Kubecost. The FOLIO DevOps team uses Kubecost Enterprise to gain insight into how the hosted development environments are used, and this allows the project to control its AWS expenses.

The FOLIO project is grateful for the support from Gurock for TestRail. The FOLIO project uses TestRail to guide the community’s world-wide testing efforts during software development and release. Subject matter experts from the libraries log the results of their testing in TestRail for the community’s quality assurance team to track and review.
